Refund Policy

ATTENTION no longer exists. It is now apart of and old refund policy will no longer be honored.  Any Orders placed before January 2nd were placed with old ownership and unfortunately, we can not support any claims. We are working hard to change that.  Orders placed January 2nd and later are not affected by this and refund policy goes as follows:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 3 days. Items returned after 3 days but before 30 days will be granted an exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in re-sellable condition. Orders can only be canceled if the order has not already been fulfilled. 
We will offer refunds on items that are damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are able to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with there local customs off to make sure they're buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Premium Bass is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods. It is the BUYERS responsibility to make sure they enter the correct shipping address, Premium Bass is not responsible for undelivered packages due to a wrong address.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper. please Email Us at including a photo of the damaged item. And we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
